This Privacy Policy explains how YM Labs (FZC) (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit the Snitchy Creators ambassador recruitment website and create a creator account.
The data controller is YM Labs (FZC), free zone company, license no. 11384, Block B - B57-049, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, publisher of the Snitchy application and the Snitchy Creators platform. For privacy requests: [email protected].
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process: account data (email, password hash via our auth provider); identity and contact details (first name, last name, phone, country, date of birth, address); TikTok-related information (suggested or confirmed username, personal TikTok handle if provided); program activity (onboarding status, video submissions, approval/rejection history, posting confirmations); technical data (IP address at contract acceptance, device/browser data needed for security); and support messages you send us.
We process data to: create and secure your account; run the ambassador / creator program (onboarding, moderation, briefs); review and approve content; pay approved work via our payment partner; send transactional emails (account, approvals, platform access); answer support requests; and comply with legal and accounting obligations. Legal bases include performance of a contract (or pre-contractual steps), our legitimate interests in running and securing the Platform, and legal obligations where applicable.
Payouts are handled through Talentir (https://www.talentir.com/). Talentir processes the payment data it needs under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only what is required to identify you as a payee and execute transfers for approved amounts.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, email delivery, file storage/CDN); Talentir for payouts; and authorities when required by law. Processors act under instructions and appropriate safeguards.
We keep account and collaboration data for the duration of the program relationship, then for the retention periods required by applicable law (notably accounting and tax). Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. You may request deletion subject to legal retention rules.
Where applicable (including GDPR for creators in the EU/EEA), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. Servers and providers may be located outside your country (including outside the EU/EEA). Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated by email or on the Platform.
