Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Snitchy Creators ambassador recruitment website and creator Platform operated by YM Labs (FZC). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator
The Platform is operated by YM Labs (FZC), free zone company, license no. 11384, Block B - B57-049, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
2. Purpose of the Platform
Snitchy Creators lets independent creators apply to the ambassador program, complete onboarding, submit UGC promoting the Snitchy app, and—when approved—publish and get paid according to program rules and the separate Creator Collaboration Agreement accepted on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
4. Account & program access
Creating an account does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We may open or close signups, delay full Platform access (waiting room), approve or reject applications, and suspend or terminate accounts for breach, abuse, fraud, or risk to the program. Recruitment and Platform availability may change over time.
5. Creator collaboration agreement
If approved, you must accept the Creator Collaboration Agreement (and any updated version we publish) before submitting videos for payment. That agreement governs content rules, approval before posting, licences, payment via Talentir, confidentiality, and liability. In case of conflict on collaboration matters, the Collaboration Agreement prevails over these website Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Platform: no unlawful content, no impersonation, no attempts to bypass moderation or security, no scraping or abuse of infrastructure, and no sharing of another creator’s content as your own. TikTok and other platform rules still apply to any account you operate.
7. Content you submit
You remain responsible for the videos and materials you upload. Until the Collaboration Agreement and approvals say otherwise, uploads are used only to operate the program (review, storage, feedback). Approved Content is licensed as set out in the Collaboration Agreement.
8. Payments
Compensation applies only under the program rules and Collaboration Agreement (typically for approved videos that meet posting requirements). Payouts are processed via Talentir. We are not responsible for Talentir account setup delays or third-party bank issues outside our control.
9. Intellectual property of the Platform
The Platform UI, branding, briefs, and materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. You get a limited right to use them solely to perform the program.
10. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific TikTok reach or earnings, or that every submission will be approved. Algorithmic outcomes on third-party apps are outside our control.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability related to use of the recruitment site/Platform under these Terms is limited as described in the Collaboration Agreement once accepted, and otherwise to direct damages proved and reasonably foreseeable, excluding indirect loss (lost profits, lost opportunity, reputational harm).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days of written notice, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Sharjah, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance, except where acceptance of a new Collaboration Agreement is separately required.
